Human Resources graduates

The ABS is participating in the Australian Government Graduate Program (AGGP) – Human Resources stream. The AGGP is a whole-of-Government program that lets you apply for one stream and have access to multiple Australian Government and Commonwealth agencies. You no longer need to submit multiple job applications. You could work at the ABS if found suitable in your application for the AGGP Human Resources stream.

As a Human Resources graduate at the ABS, you will join our network of graduates from other streams for the ABS Graduate Development Program. Human Resource graduates at the ABS will experience a range of operational and strategic HR roles such as industrial relations, learning and development, recruitment, workplace health and safety, inclusion and diversity, workforce planning and strategy.

Applications for the 2024 Australian Government Graduate Program (AGGP) – Human Resources stream have now closed. Recruitment for the 2025 program will open in March 2024. To keep up to date with information regarding graduate positions, please submit your details to the ABS Graduate Register.
