Accounting and Financial Management graduates

Start your finance career where it counts. As an Accounting and Financial Management graduate, you will join our network of graduates from other streams within the ABS Graduate Development Program. 

You will experience a range of operational and strategic finance roles such as procurement, costings, external budgets, internal budgets, management accounting, financial statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, travel, credit cards and financial management information system administration and maintenance.

You will work on real projects that matter, developing skills that set you up for a career in finance while contributing to ABS’ mission of delivering trusted data for Australia.

The ABS participates in the Australian Government Graduate Program (AGGP) – Accounting and Financial Management Stream, which allows you to apply once and be considered for multiple agencies. If found suitable, you could commence your career at the ABS as an Accounting and Financial Management Graduate.
