The ABS provides integrated data products and services to inform Australia’s important decisions.

As a trusted partner, we offer secure data access, and a range of data integration services, all underpinned by the Five Safes Framework to ensure safe and secure access for projects that deliver public benefit.

We produce and support access to several world leading integrated data products and offer a range of Data Integration services. Approved projects and users can apply for access for statistical and research purposes. Integrated data has more information on key integrated data assets available.

How to access integrated data

TableBuilder
  • Use TableBuilder to create basic tables, custom graphs, and large tables sourced from integrated data
  • Available to registered government and non-government users
  • Visit the Microdata and TableBuilder page for more information
DataLab
  • Direct access to the PLIDA Modular Product and BLADE Modular Product through a secure system for approved users and projects
  • The DataLab User Guide outlines organisation eligibility and individual user requirements, including the project approval process and instructions for accessing.
  • Access to DataLab from outside of Australia is available, subject to a formal application and assessment process
Custom Outputs
  • ABS Information Consultants can produce outputs tailored to your requirements using integrated data
  • This service is available for users who require support to access and extract data from DataLab due to a lack of analytical capability or time. You can submit a request for an obligation-free quote at anytime
Data Integration Service
