- Assists with planning and coordinating event activities, schedules, bookings and service requirements
- Liaises with venues, suppliers, speakers, exhibitors, attendees and other participants to confirm routine event arrangement and logistic requirements
- Prepares and maintains event documentation, including run sheets, guest lists, registration records, supplier details and event databases
- Coordinates registration processes, attendee communications, event materials, signage, equipment and related administrative support for events
- Supports event setup, on-site operations, and pack-down activities, and monitors delivery of logistical arrangements during events
- Identifies and reports operational issues, delays and hazards during event preparation and delivery and escalates matters to senior staff where required
- Collects attendance information, feedback and other post-event data, and assists with post-event reporting and administrative reconciliation
