If you are having trouble, please refer to complete or access your survey form.
I can’t find the verification code sent to my email
If you haven't got your six-digit verification code email in a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes your email service may send these emails to the junk folder or block them. Adding the ABS to your ‘safe senders’ list may help.
Please note: your code expires after 5 minutes.
If you still cannot access your code or email account, please contact us.
I was timed out when creating an account
For security reasons, you only have 5 minutes for the create account process. If you do not verify your email address within this time limit, your session will time out.
If your session has timed out and you are unable to finish creating your account, please contact us for help.
'Unable to sign in' message
For security reasons, the ABS does not provide details for log-in failures. This helps prevent unwanted activity on your account. The 'Unable to sign in' message could mean:
- Your password is incorrect. Try again or reset your password. You can also contact us to reset your password.
- There is no ABS account linked to the email address entered. Check spelling or try another email address, or create your account.
I can’t see the sign-in screen on my device
The sign-in platform may not work on some devices. Try using a laptop or desktop computer or switch to another browser.
If you still cannot sign in, please contact us for help.
I want to update my account details
