ABS' annual reports
ABS' principle reporting document – includes financial statements, non-financial performance information and other reporting information
As a non-corporate Commonwealth entity, the ABS is required to prepare an annual report in accordance with the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 and the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014.
The report provides a broad statement of the ABS’ capability and performance and allows the Australian Statistician to report to its responsible Minister on the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation.
