Statistical Collections Tabled in Parliament
Under the Census and Statistics Act 1905: Section 13 and the Australian Bureau of Statistics Act 1975: sub-section 6 (3) the ABS is required to table proposals for the collection of statistical information in both Houses of Parliament. The below proposals show all statistical collections tabled from 2020. Statistical collections tabled prior to 2020 are available via the tabled papers search on the Australian Parliament House website.
