BASIC TIME USE SURVEY, AUSTRALIA, 1997


The Basic Time Use Survey, Australia 1997 CURF consists of unidentified individual statistical records containing data on 7,260 persons, and 14,315 person-days, from 4,059 households in private dwellings. The data includes information about household items and services used, capital city and rest-of-State identifiers, age, sex, marital status, birthplace, birthplace of parents, labour force details, occupation, student status, educational achievement, details of income and source of income; disability; carer status, use of child care in the household: quarter of year, day of week, start and finish time of activity episodes, length of episode, primary and secondary activities, location of activity episode, mode of transport and social context and for whom activity is done.

EXPANDED TIME USE SURVEY, AUSTRALIA, 1997

The Expanded Time Use Survey, Australia 1997 CURF consists of unidentified individual statistical records containing information on 7,260 persons, and 14,315 person-days, from 4,059 households in private dwellings. The data include information about household items and services used, age of youngest child in household, state (partially aggregated), SEIFA (relative disadvantage), capital city and rest-of-state identifiers, age, sex, marital status, birthplace, birthplace of parents, labour force details, occupation, student status, educational achievement, details of income and source of income, disability, carer status, use of child care in the household, quarter of year, day of week, start and finish time of activity episodes, length of episode, primary and secondary activities, location of activity episode, mode of transport and social context and for whom activity is done.
