The Household Expenditure Survey, 1984 CURF contains data on 4,492 private households including state and metropolitan identifiers; household, family and income unit information; age, sex, marital status, birthplace, year of arrival in Australia, labour force details, occupation, income and source of income for head of household; birthplace, year of arrival in Australia, employment status and income for spouse of head of household; number of students, details of household income; details of tenure, number of bedrooms and type of dwelling structure, number of spenders in household and details of weekly household expenditure by fine level expenditure commodity items.
