The Rental Investors' Survey, July 1993 CURF contains data on 54,568 persons aged 18 years or more including geographic data, household, family and income unit type, age, sex, marital status, birthplace, year of arrival in Australia, labour force status, qualifications, income, source of income, year first became landlord, details of first dwelling acquired, whether any additional properties, number of residential rental dwellings currently owned, number of residential rental dwellings being paid off, reason became a landlord, details of most recently acquired property, details of future investment intentions in the two years following July 1993, details of properties sold within the five years to July 1993.
