Since the week ending 14 March 2020 (the week Australia recorded its 100th confirmed COVID-19 case), the largest changes were:
- Employee jobs: Tasmania decreased by 7.3% and Victoria decreased by 6.8%
- Total wages: Northern Territory decreased by 17.6% and Victoria decreased by 8.8%
Between the week ending 28 March 2020 and the week ending 4 April 2020, the largest changes were:
- Employee jobs: Victoria decreased by 6.0%, and Tasmania and New South Wales both decreased by 5.7%
- Total wages: Victoria decreased by 6.3% and the Northern Territory decreased by 6.1%
