The preliminary estimate of the total value of residential dwellings in Australia in the June quarter 2025 was $11,564.0 billion, up $213.8 billion from $11,350.2 billion in the March quarter 2025.
Of the total value of residential dwellings, $11,108.5 billion was owned by households.
In the June quarter 2025, the total value of residential dwellings rose in all states and territories, with growth most evident in Queensland (+2.7%) and Western Australia (+2.7%).
The number of residential dwellings in Australia rose by 53,600 to 11,373,900, and the mean price of residential dwellings rose by $14,100 to $1,016,700, this quarter.
