Technical Support Specialists

Technical support specialists assist in the deployment and maintenance of ABS computer infrastructure and services. They configure, integrate, manage and develop Microsoft based products and Unified Communications Services (Teams, Chat, Telephony and Video Conferencing). They also diagnose and resolve technical problems and resolve client queries.

Desktop and Software Administrators

Desktop and Software Administrators administer critical business technologies underpinning the ABS Desktop Computing environment from vendors such as Citrix, Nutanix and Microsoft.
