2011 Census data release
An important part of the Census is returning the information collected to all Australians. Census data assist government, business, researchers and the community to make informed decisions that help shape a brighter future for Australia. The first results of the 2011 Census was released on 21 June 2012, with further releases taking place on October 2012 and early 2013. Come to your Census was just one of many attractions at Vivid Sydney, which ran daily from 6pm on 25 May 2012 to 11 June 2012.
