- Total dwellings approved fell 3.6% to 17,687.
- Private sector houses fell 4.2% to 10,199, and private sector dwellings excluding houses fell 0.4% to 7,119.
- The value of total residential building fell 4.9% to $11.26b.
- The value of total non-residential building rose 14.4% to $9.93b.
