- The number of new owner occupier loan commitments for dwellings rose 4.8% in the quarter while the value rose 10.6%.
- The number of new investor loan commitments for dwellings rose 5.5% in the quarter while the value rose 7.9%.
- The number of new owner occupier first home buyer loan commitments for dwellings rose 6.8% in the quarter while the value rose 15.5%.
