In seasonally adjusted terms:

The total number of new loan commitments for dwellings rose 5.1% in the December quarter 2025 while the value rose 9.5%.
The number of new owner occupier loan commitments for dwellings rose 4.8% in the quarter while the value rose 10.6%.
The number of new investor loan commitments for dwellings rose 5.5% in the quarter while the value rose 7.9%.
The number of new owner occupier first home buyer loan commitments for dwellings rose 6.8% in the quarter while the value rose 15.5%.
