• Coordinates and schedules construction activities, including the delivery of materials and equipment to site
• Oversees and directs construction workers and subcontractors
• Implements and enforces safety protocols and procedures on construction sites
• Reviews and interprets construction plans and specifications, and inspects construction sites to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Collaborates with Architects, engineers and other Professionals involved in the construction process
• Conducts regular site meetings to communicate project progress and address any concerns, and resolves any issues or conflicts that arise
