  • Analyses performance, assesses bottlenecks and optimises systems for scalability, stability and throughput
  • Identifies and mitigates risks, troubleshoots problems and implements disaster recovery strategies
  • Supports controlled deployments using strategies such as deployment of new software features, rollback plans and release monitoring to maintain availability during updates to software and systems
  • Maintains comprehensive documentation, including operational procedures, incident responses and post-mortem analyses to facilitate organisational learning
  • Collaborates with software development, operations and support teams to ensure seamless deployment, effective incident response and knowledge sharing
