• Consults and conducts assessments on patients' endocrine health
• Requests laboratory tests, imaging and other diagnostic procedures, and interprets findings to assist diagnosis of glandular and hormonal conditions
• Advises on nutrition, exercise and other lifestyle habits that promote and improve good health, with the aim to prevent and treat diseases and conditions
• Tests for and manages endocrine emergencies
• Assesses, diagnoses and manages hormonal and glandular complications caused by chronic and acute conditions
• Prescribes medication and treatments for glandular and hormonal conditions
• Liaises and consults with a multidisciplinary team for optimised treatment
