• Human-Centred Designer

• Conducts user research and analyses findings to understand service problems and opportunities, inform priorities and guide decisions
• Designs and runs workshops and activities with users, stakeholders and delivery teams to support design decisions
• Develops and explores new service ideas and approaches by considering user experience, operations and policy, and identifies system constraints and opportunities
• Develops service journeys and blueprints to build shared understanding across user experience and internal processes
• Tests, prototypes and improves policies, processes and service delivery to support learning and inform implementation
• Translates research and design into clear guidance, standards and tools to support service delivery, reduce risks and meet regulatory and professional responsibilities
• Analyses service performance, outcomes and user feedback to support evaluation and identify opportunities for improvement
• Supports teams to use service design methods and build capability over time
• May collaborate with Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers and Software Engineers in developing and delivering digital services
