Census Pop-up Hubs opening in early August
Census Pop-up Hubs will open across the country from early August, providing local assistance to people who have questions about the 2026 Census or require help completing their form.
Emily Walter, Census national spokesperson, said: “For us to return high-quality Census data to the community, it’s important everyone fills in their Census fully and accurately.
“Pop-up Hubs are an important part of our local engagement approach, making it easy for people to get in-person support to complete their Census.
“Hubs will be located in public places like shopping centres, ensuring they’re accessible for local communities.”
People can attend a Pop-up Hub to get information, access paper forms and get help to complete the Census.
Pop-up Hubs, fill in the form sessions and information sessions will be held in a range of community settings, including select Woolworths stores, local libraries and community centres.
