Australian Industry Publication Consultation Collection Notice
The ABS is consulting with users of the Australian Industry publication to understand how the outputs are used. The consultation is open for submissions between 26 May 2023 and 31 May 2024.
The Australian Industry publication is released annually, within 11 months of the end of the financial year reference period. Australian Industry contains annual estimates of key economic and financial performance of industries in Australia, including income, expenses, profit and capital expenditure.
The ABS will use the outcomes of this consultation to inform changes to future releases of Australian Industry. Changes may include content, format or release schedule, and may be implemented from the 2023–24 release or beyond.
This Collection Notice explains the collection and use of personal information as part of the consultation through the ABS Consultation Hub (Citizen Space).
