DWELLING UNITS APPROVED STATE TRENDS The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in New South Wales was flat in June after falling for two months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 1.1% in June and has risen for five months. VICTORIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Victoria fell 1.9% in June and has fallen for five months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 0.5% in June and has risen for six months. QUEENSLAND The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Queensland rose 1.1% in June and has risen for six months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 1.8% in June and has risen for three months. SOUTH AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in South Australia rose 3.2% in June and has risen for seven months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 0.1% in June following a rise of 0.1% in the previous month. WESTERN AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Western Australia rose 1.7% in June after falling for six months.
