PRIVATE SECTOR HOUSES The trend estimate for the number of private sector house approvals fell 1.2% in July and has fallen for eight months. PRIVATE SECTOR OTHER DWELLINGS The trend estimate for the number of private sector other dwellings approved rose 0.6% in July and is now showing rises for three months.
