The seasonally adjusted estimate for the total number of dwelling units approved rose 2.7% to 12,476. PRIVATE SECTOR HOUSES The trend estimate for the number private sector houses approved rose 1.7% and has risen for nine months. In seasonally adjusted terms the estimate approved rose 0.3% to 8,972 houses. PRIVATE SECTOR OTHER DWELLINGS The trend estimate for private sector other dwellings approved rose 2.8% and is now showing rises for three months.
