In NSW in November 2011, in trend terms, there were:
    • 134,800 cattle slaughtered, little changed from the November 2010 figure

    • 17,300 calves slaughtered, a decrease of 1.6% on the November 2010 figure

    • 90,600 sheep slaughtered, the sixth consecutive monthly increase but still 65.5% below the recent high recorded in May 2009

    • 357,100 lambs slaughtered, which was 0.9% below the November 2010 figure.
