04/05/2009 Note: The reissue contains corrections to data cubes for certain standardised and age specific death rates in the Suicides data cube (tables 11.2, 11.3, 11.5), years of potential life lost in some of the state data cubes for underlying cause of death (table 1 in each state except NSW) and proportions in the data cube for deaths of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians (table 12.1).
