This group covers R&D directed towards the development and provision of property, business support services and trade.
It includes:

• property services such as real estate, security services (including alarm and surveillance services), property management and development;
• legal, accounting and secretarial services;
• advertising and graphic design services;
• business consultancy and market research services;
• plant leasing and hiring (other than computer and communications equipment); and
• wholesale and retail trade services.

Exclusions:
a) Security services or surveillance systems for military purposes is included in Division 81 Defence; and for corrective purposes is included in Group 9404 Justice and the Law.
b) Construction services, including architectural and building management services, are included in Division 87 Construction.
c) Transport and freight services are included in Division 88 Transport.
d) Information, communications and computing services is included in Division 89 Information and Communication Services.
e) Issues relating to international trade are included in Group 9103 International Trade.
