Examples of data items contained in data cubes within this topic include: feelings of safety at home alone; victims of household crime, actual or attempted break-in, personal crime, physical or threatened violence, physical abuse, harassment, stalking; and problems in neighbourhood. The migrant population referred to in these data cubes reflects the definition of a 'migrant' as described in the Glossary of migrant related terms unless otherwise stated. This glossary also contains definitions of the data items represented in the table rows of the matrix below. The Australian born population is included in the data cubes for comparative purposes. For the products below, data are available for the migrant related data items that have a cross ('x') in the corresponding row. To open the data cube, simply click on the product of interest (i.e. column headers) and then click on the data cube icon. For detailed information on how to use these matrices, click on How to use the matrices. Detailed information on the data collections from which these ABS products are sourced can be found under the Crime and Justice Topic in the Guide to Migrant Statistical Sources, 2007 (cat. no. 3414.0).
