Cattle

  • 2.09 million were slaughtered (up 2.0%)
  • 590,800 tonnes of beef were produced (up 0.9%)

Sheep
  • 2.45 million were slaughtered (down 3.2%)
  • 58,000 tonnes of mutton were produced (down 2.8%)

Lambs
  • 5.57 million were slaughtered (up 0.2%)
  • 126,000 tonnes of lamb were produced (up 1.3%)

Pigs
  • 1.33 million were slaughtered (down 1.0%)
  • 103,700 tonnes of pork were produced (down 1.4%)
