ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of alterations and additions to residential building fell 0.1% in June after showing rises in the previous three months. NON-RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of non-residential building approved rose 0.6% in June after falling for five months. The trend estimates for the value of non-residential building approved should be interpreted with caution. See the data notes on page 2 of this publication.
