The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 1.1% in July and is showing falls for the last five months. VICTORIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Victoria rose 2.6% in July and is now showing rises for the last six months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 1.2% in July and has risen for the last five months. QUEENSLAND The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Queensland rose 0.3% and is now showing increases for the last 20 months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 0.3% in July and is now showing falls for two months. SOUTH AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in South Australia rose 0.2% in July and has risen for the previous two months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 1.2% in July and has risen for the last thirteen months. WESTERN AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total dwelling units approved in Western Australia rose 0.3% in July following increases for the previous three months.
