DWELLING UNITS APPROVED STATE TRENDS The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in New South Wales rose 3.5% in November 2009 the eighth consecutive rise. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 3.3% and has risen for 11 months. VICTORIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Victoria rose 2.2% in November and has risen for 12 months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 1.5% and has risen for 12 months. QUEENSLAND The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Queensland rose 3.7% in November the tenth consecutive rise. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 2.3% and has risen for ten months. SOUTH AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in South Australia rose 1.4% in November the fourth consecutive rise. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 0.3% and has risen for five months. WESTERN AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Western Australia rose 1.5% in November and has risen for 11 months.
