DWELLING UNITS APPROVED STATE TRENDS The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in New South Wales fell 2.8% in November and has fallen for five months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 0.5% in November and has fallen for five months. VICTORIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Victoria fell 2.4% in November and has fallen for nine months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 1.3% in November and has risen for five months. QUEENSLAND The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Queensland rose 0.9% in November and has risen for three months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 0.1% in November and has risen for seven months. SOUTH AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in South Australia rose 3.2% in November and has risen for six months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 1.9% in November and has risen for five months. WESTERN AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Western Australia fell 4.5% in November and has fallen for 14 months.
