DWELLING UNITS APPROVED STATE TRENDS The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in New South Wales rose 0.8% in June and has risen for seven months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 0.9% in June and has risen for six months. VICTORIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Victoria fell 0.1% in June after rising for nine months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 0.6% in June and has fallen for three months. QUEENSLAND The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Queensland fell 3.2% in June and has fallen for five months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 0.5% in June and has fallen for six months. SOUTH AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in South Australia rose 1.6% in June and has risen for six months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 0.3% in June after rising for 11 months. WESTERN AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Western Australia fell 5.2% in June and has fallen for 21 months.
