DWELLING UNITS APPROVED STATE TRENDS The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in New South Wales fell 1.8% in June and has fallen for six months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 0.6% in June and has fallen for four months. VICTORIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Victoria fell 0.8% in June and has fallen for four months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 0.2% in June and has fallen for three months. QUEENSLAND The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Queensland fell 0.4% in June and has fallen for seven months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 0.3% in June and has risen for 17 months. SOUTH AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in South Australia fell 0.7% in June and has fallen for six months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 3.7% in June and has fallen for four months. WESTERN AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Western Australia fell 0.7% in June and has fallen for four months.
