PRIVATE SECTOR HOUSES The trend estimate for the number of private sector house approvals fell 0.6% in April and has fallen for five months. PRIVATE SECTOR OTHER DWELLINGS The trend estimate for the number of private sector other dwellings approved fell 0.5% in April and has fallen for five months.
