In seasonally adjusted terms the estimate fell 12.5% to 9,953 dwellings. PRIVATE SECTOR HOUSES The trend estimate for the number of private sector house approvals rose 2.4% and has risen for five months. In seasonally adjusted terms the estimate fell 2.0% to 7,831 houses. PRIVATE SECTOR OTHER DWELLINGS The trend estimate for the number of private sector other dwellings approved fell 3.4% and has now fallen for 11 months.
