The ABS Energy Account, Australia (EAA) is one of the set of environmental-economic accounts produced by the ABS based on the System of Environmental-Economic Accounting (SEEA). It consists of :

  • physical supply and use tables that identify physical volumes by industry and energy product
  • hybrid physical-monetary supply and use estimates
  • physical energy assets tables that identify economically demonstrated reserves of non-renewable primary energy assets; and
  • energy indicators including energy intensity and energy use per household.
