The Census Dictionary, 2011 (cat. no. 2901.0) has been amended to update the following Classification entries:-
Country of Birth of Person (BPLP):
An amendment has been made to reflect a change to the Standard Australian Classification of Countries (SACC) Second Edition, Revision 1, to include the country South Sudan. South Sudan became an independent country in July 2011 and has now been added to BPLP 4111 South Sudan. This has also resulted in a increase to the number of categories for the 4 digit level by one.
Change to Number of categories: 4 digit level 293
Count of Non-Dependent Children in Family (CNDCF):
Corrections made to the wording for this classification to include non-dependent
Grandparent Families (FMGF):
A number of changes have been made to this classification.
Equivalised Total Household Income (weekly) (HIED):
Correct release phase for this classification is First Release
Relationship in Household (including grandchildren) (RLGP):
Change to heading for categories 51 - 54
Glossary:
Minor changes have been made to the wording in the Glossary for "Derivations and imputations"
