The most important data cube is the 'Indexes' cube for the SA1 level indexes - all other data cubes in the table are derived from it. It contains the index scores for each of the four indexes, as well as the associated ranks, deciles and percentiles at the national and state/territory level. For more information on these measures, see SEIFA Measures.

Data cubes have been provided for larger geographic areas containing: index scores, ranks, deciles and percentiles.

Accompanying the 'Indexes' data cubes are the 'Population Distribution' and 'SA1 Distribution' data cubes. These have been released to assist users in understanding the diversity of the socio-economic conditions of SA1s within larger areas.
