10/02/2015 - Future issues of the Labour Force Characteristics of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians, Estimates from the Labour Force Survey (ABS cat. no. 6287.0) will not be released. For the most recent information available on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment and labour force participation, refer to the Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Survey: Updated Results, 2012-13 (ABS cat. no. 4727.0.55.006).
2/2/2015 - The paragraph appended to the bottom of the contents tab was updated from "The 2012 and 2013 releases of the Labour Force Characteristics of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians, Estimates from the Labour Force Survey (ABS cat. no. 6287.0) are expected to be released around September 2014. This delay will allow these releases, which will include historical data, to be based on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians population estimates updated to reflect the results of the 2011 Census of Population and Housing. For more information on the population estimates see Information Paper: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Demographic Statistics Work Program and Release Plans, Apr 2012 (ABS cat. no. 3238.0.55.003). Population estimates for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians, backcast from 2011 to 2001 and projected from 2011 out to 2026, will be released in Population Estimates and Projections, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians, 2001-2026 (ABS cat. no. 3238.0) on 30 April 2014."
