CORRECTIVE SERVICES, AUSTRALIA, SEPT 2011 (cat. no. 4512.0) - Presents information on all persons in custody and community based corrections. From the March quarter experimental Indigenous tables have been included in the main publication suite due to improvements in the quality of reporting methods and data. Due for release: September 2011

DIRECTORY OF FAMILY VIOLENCE STATISTICS, 2011 (cat. no. 4533.0) - The papers is the consolidation of administrative data relating to the incidence of Family and Domestic Violence in Australia. Due for release: November 2011

PRISONERS AUSTRALIA, 2011 (cat. no. 4517.0) - Contains national information on prisoners who were in custody on 30 June each year. Data is provided on the number of people in correctional institutions (including remand), imprisonment rates, most serious offence and sentence length. Due for release: December 2011

RECORDED CRIME OFFENDERS, 2010-11 (cat. no. 4519.0) - Provides a measure of the number of alleged offenders who came into contact with the criminal justice system at the early stage of the process, following the recording of a crime as reported by a victim or detected by a police officer. Due for release: February 2012

CRIMINAL COURTS, AUSTRALIA, 2010-11 (cat. no. 4513.0) - Provides nationally comparable data showing the number of defendants dealt with by the Higher, Magistrates’ and Children’s criminal courts. The publication includes details on the characteristics of defendants (such as age and sex) and outcomes associated with adjudicated defendants (including sentence type) by the principal offence committed. Due for release: February 2012

CRIME VICTIMISATION, AUSTRALIA, 2010-11 (cat. no. 4530.0) - Contains summary data about victims of a selected range of personal and household crimes, whether reported to police, characteristics of victims and people’s perceptions of social disorder problems in their local area. Due for release: February 2012

PERSONAL FRAUD, AUSTRALIA, 2010-11 (cat. no. 4528.0) – Presents summary results from the Crime Victimisation Australia 2010-11 fraud module. Topics covered in the survey include identity fraud, including credit or bank card fraud and identity theft and a selected range of scams. Information is also included about the characteristics of the most recent incidents of personal frauds and victims and non-victims. This 2010-11 publication will be useful as a comparison to the 2007 Personal Fraud publication. Due for release: April 2012.
