DWELLING UNITS APPROVED The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in New South Wales fell 1.8% in June and has fallen for six months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 2.4% in June and has fallen for five months. VICTORIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Victoria rose 0.1% in June after being flat in May. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses was flat in June following 16 months of growth. QUEENSLAND The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Queensland fell 2.1% in June and has fallen for the last eight months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 0.9% in June and has fallen for eight months. SOUTH AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in South Australia rose 2.4% in June and has risen for five months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 0.9% in June and has risen for 18 months. WESTERN AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total dwelling units approved in Western Australia fell 2.9% in June and has fallen for six months.
