ABOUT THIS RELEASE
The model is a critical element in the development of national Australian standards for health information. It provides a high-level framework and a structured technique for future development and management of information across the full spectrum of health and health service activities. Included is the model poster, which is an A1-sized entity-relationship diagram showing the essential and inter related information components of the nation's health and well being.
