      Prompt card 5 was shown which included "FRACTURED HIP,THIGH, SPINE (specify)" and "SERIOUS BURNS OR WOUNDS" among a list of 41 conditions.       		Q448 asked "DO YOU HAVE ANY (OTHER) CONDITIONS THAT HAVE LASTED OR ARE EXPECTED TO LAST FOR SIX MONTHS OR MORE, FOR EXAMPLE:" Prompt card 'H' was shown, including: "Fractured hip, thigh, spine" and "Burns or wounds" among a list of 23 conditions. No questions or prompts asked about current injuries in the long-term conditions section of the schedule. However, respondents were free to report long-term injury conditions in response to Q552 and Q558.

Many injuries become other conditions (such as musculoskeletal conditions or disability) after a period of time. Some of the reported conditions may be current injuries and others may be the sequelae conditions of injuries, but reported as current conditions.
