Enables the conversion of Postal Areas (POAs) to Statistical Local Areas (SLAs). The geographic areas (Australian Standard Geographical Classification SLAs and Census Geographic Areas POAs) and the population data used, are effective at the time of the Census of Population & Housing. The concordance shows the codes and labels of the geographic areas involved and expresses the total population of a POA's as a percentage in the SLAs associated with the POA.
