ABOUT THIS RELEASE
Government Finance Statistics (GFS) are compiled for the general government and the consolidated non-financial public sector for each jurisdiction in accordance with international statistical standards. It contains operating statements featuring the GFS Net Operating Balance and GFS Net Lending/Borrowing measures, balance sheets showing the GFS Net Worth and cash flow statements with supplementary data on the Surplus/Deficit measure. As part of a series of progressive electronic releases by jurisdiction, this report presents consolidated budget estimates for Australia.
