Main Features About this Release	ABOUT THIS RELEASE Describes the indexes for summarising the socio-economic profile of population by areas and illustrates their possible uses. Indexes are derived from the 2001 Census to rank postcodes, Local Government Areas, Statistical Local Areas and Collection Districts by summarising a wide range of socio-economic characteristics.
